Overview
The SUPCO BTG-UWM is a Universal series metal guard for wall thermostats. It uses a ring base, a louvered steel cover, and a keyed lock. SUPCO lists mounting hardware and a locking key, with vertical or horizontal mounting.
Fit and selection
Use the inside ring-base dimensions above to compare the complete installed thermostat. These are interior clearances, not outer enclosure dimensions. Keep sufficient wall space for fastening and accessing the cover. The manufacturer’s selection table distinguishes this model from the solid-base version; a shared family name does not establish fit.
