Overview
The T721 controls a single-stage conventional system or a heat pump with up to two heating stages and one cooling stage. It uses local setpoint adjustment without a weekly schedule.
The 4-square-inch blue-backlit display shows room temperature, setpoint and operating indicators. The installation manual excludes two-transformer systems.
The thermostat can use two AA alkaline batteries or a suitable hardwired supply. Use the exact-model installation manual to match the thermostat configuration, equipment and wiring before installation.
